When a test instrument comes to us for repair and an inspection has taken place, we always quote the customer the price first before we proceed with the repair.

Once authorisation from the customer is provided, we will endeavour to return the instrument as soon as possible. Customers’ should be aware of the time factor, which may take place when a repair is required. We try to maintain a quick turn-around but in some cases waiting for a part may take up to two weeks.
